Below is a list of common questions but please do not hesitate to contact me with anymore questions or concerns that may come up.
Do you take insurance?
No, I do not take insurance.
I can provide a superbill, which shows what you have paid for sessions. You can give this to your insurance for possible reimbursement if they cover out of network providers.
How much is each session and how do I pay?
Each 50 minute session is $125 and each 80 minute session is $190. You can pay with cash, check, or card. There is an extra $5 convince fee to use a card. I can also take an HSA card.
How long are the sessions?
Each session is a clinical hour which is about 50 minutes or you can request an 80 minute session.
What are your office hours?
I work Monday through Friday but different hours each day. For scheduling a session, it is best for us to talk about each of our schedules to see what may work for each of us.
How do I schedule a session?
Please contact me through a phone call, text message, or an email, and we will get something scheduled when I have an opening.
Is there paperwork I need to fill out?
Yes, it is preferred for you to print out the paperwork using the link below and fill it out ahead of time to bring with you to the first session. Another option is to come 15 minutes before your session time to fill out a copy in the waiting area.
